On 31st march of the year, When admission is sought, the age of the student should be minimum :

Entrance Test

• Admission are on the basis of written Entrance Test
• No child can appear in the test unless he / she has been registered.
• Admissions are done on the basis of the performance in the entrance test.
• Admission in class xi will be as per rule and regulation of HP Bose

For XI

Provisional admission to class xi is granted immediately after the examination of class x. The streams namely Sci. or Commerce or Humanities is decided based on the marks / grades Scored by students in entrance Test as well as criteria for admission will be as per HP Bose Rule.

Withdrawal of Students

• A Parent wishing to with draw his child must give the Principal at least one month’s notice in writing preferably big application at school office.
• No verbal notice by anyone regarding with drawal of students will be binding on the school

Documents Required at the time of Admission

• Transfer Certificate in original (should be duty counter signed by appropriate authority Distt. Education Officer).
• Progress report of previous class passed along with Character Certificate.
• Passport size Photograph. (03 Nos)
• Aadhar Card.
• Certificate of Category.

Progress Report and Promotion

A Report on the performance of students will be communicated to the Parents / guardian at the end of each month / each term / annual exams. For the purpose of promotion to a higher class. The marks secured in all the examination during the year, are considered.
